Business Customers control the content they send and how they use WhatsApp. If you are an end user, the Business Customer you are messaging may have its own privacy policy.<\/p><hr \/><h2>2) Information We Collect<\/h2><h3>A. Account &amp; Business Information (from Business Customers)<\/h3><ul><li>Business name, contact name, email, phone number<\/li><li>Business address (if provided)<\/li><li>Billing and payment-related details (processed via payment partners, if applicable)<\/li><li>WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) identifiers, phone number IDs, business verification status, configuration details<\/li><\/ul><h3>B. Messaging &amp; Communication Data<\/h3><p>Depending on how your integration is configured, we may process:<\/p><ul><li>Message metadata (timestamps, sender\/recipient identifiers, delivery\/read status)<\/li><li>Message content (text, templates, media)\u00a0<strong>only to provide the Services<\/strong>\u00a0and as configured by the Business Customer<\/li><li>Logs related to message delivery, errors, and performance<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0WhatsApp\/Meta may process messages according to their own terms and policies.<\/p><h3>C. Technical, Usage &amp; Device Data<\/h3><ul><li>IP address, browser type, device information<\/li><li>App\/website usage events, diagnostic logs, crash reports<\/li><li>Cookies or similar tracking technologies (where applicable)<\/li><\/ul><h3>D.
