Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/h1>

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which orders placed through L'\u00e9picerie d'orient<\/strong> may be canceled or refunded.<\/p>

1. Order Cancellation by Customers<\/h1>

Customers may cancel an order only before the order has been:<\/p>

  • Confirmed by the store, or<\/li>
  • Assigned to a delivery driver, or<\/li>
  • Prepared for delivery.<\/li><\/ul>

    Once an order is being prepared or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.<\/p>

    2. Cancellation by Stores or Vendors<\/h1>

    Stores may cancel orders due to:<\/p>

    • Product unavailability<\/li>
    • Pricing errors<\/li>
    • Operational issues<\/li>
    • Force majeure events<\/li><\/ul>

      If a store cancels an order after payment, the customer will receive a refund according to the payment provider\u2019s processing timeline.<\/p>

      3. Delivery Failures<\/h1>

      Orders may be canceled if:<\/p>

      • The customer is unreachable<\/li>
      • The delivery address is incorrect<\/li>
      • Delivery cannot be completed due to safety or access issues<\/li><\/ul>
